Rise of Atlantis 2 Walkthrough

Zuma The Rise of Atlantis is quite a deep game with many stages or levels. When I say quite I mean very and when I say deep I mean there are 77 levels to get through. So its not a play quick game to play.

However, we have decided to do a small walkthrough guide for you for the first few stages to get you started into the game. This walkthrough was put together fairly quickly and covers everything you need to know about playing Rise of Atlantis online and getting the most from the game.

The main objective to winning in Rise of Atlantis game is to group together three (or more) matching in type tiles. On doing so you release pieces of an artifact you need to collect and complete to complete each level. You can collect special pieces which might help you along the way such as bombs and lightening strikes to extra time and extra lives. As you get into much higher levels, the boards change and you may need to use some of these. Its what makes the game fun exciting to play

Understanding The Rise of Atlantis Game Online

The Rise of Atlantis is a Zuma based tile matching game where the objective of the game is to match up 3 or more of the same matching tile to make the explode and disappear. The point of this is to make the tiles move down the play area. There are special tiles that you have to collect and they will eventually drop out the bottom of the play area as you match up more tiles.

You have to try and release all the special tiles within an allotted time from or you will fail the stage and loose a life. As you progress through the stages, you will be collecting more and more special pieces of an artifact which you will need to complete the stage and move to the next level.

Sometime you will find special tiles that can help you. These include bombs which can be used to explode a bunch of tiles in close proximity to each other or a lightening strike which explodes all tiles of a certain kind. These are very useful to use if you are running out of time or just want to quickly complete a stage. Likewise, sometimes you are given a timer icon, use this when you are running out of time to get more time to be able to match up tiles and get the special artifact piece you need.

There are many stages and levels to the Rise of Atlantis game. The first stage is Phoenicia Stage 1. And the game board in this stage is fairly straight forward and easy to get through. On this first stage you are trying to collect all the pieces of the Golden Chest of Wealth from Phoenicia. And you'll need to to get to Babylon Stage 2. From here you will have to do the same thing, only collecting the pieces of a different artifact The Power of Air. And you will probably find you've collected and amassed some special bonuses you have or have yet to use.

Basic Game Play Guide

1. Click on tiles to swap them around. Or drag one onto the other.
2. Match up 3 or more horizontally or vertically.
3. Match 4 or more tiles to charge the sun amulet.
4. Assemble the Artifact by finding pieces throughout the game.
5. Use the free bonuses when you need to.

Playing The Rise of Atlantis online is very addictive and comes with lots of twists. If you liked Zuma bejeweled, then you'll get the Zuma Atlantis concept and will end up addicted to playing and completing the game yourself.

While you might not be able to or want to complete the game in one sitting. You can pause it at any time from the menu. Or if you do need to go and you close your browser down. You can resume playing it from where you left off provided you don't delete all your cookies.

This only applies to when playing the game online and not when you are playing The Rise of Atlantis on XBox, PC, PS3 or other games console. This understanding of Rise of Atlantis only really applies to when playing the online browser version of the game. :)
